The Autumn 2018 issue of Crochet! Magazine is out with 20+ projects to “Fall” into autumn, including my Tailgating Scarf and Ear Warmer Set.
The texture of the stitch makes it hard to believe it’s such a quick and easy pattern to stitch up! Plus, it’s the perfect pattern stitch for creating a warm fabric!
You can get this pattern and all of the other patterns in the Autumn issue of Crochet! Magazine by purchasing a download of this issue at Annie’s.
Crochet! Magazine’s newest special issue is out! It’s filled with over 70 crochet patterns that are cost-friendly AND time-friendly. The issue is packed full of a variety hats, scarves, slippers, wraps, jewelry, accessory cases, purses, baby items, throws, lap robes, kitchen items, baskets, organizers, pillows and more. Included is my Forever scarf, pictured below. You can purchase this special issue direct from the Crochet! Magazine website. And if you don’t want to wait, download the issue right now!
Until June 7th, Crochet! Magazine is offering a Free Download of my First Impressions Rug pattern. Just like their facebook page HERE to get the free download! The First Impressions Rug is made with Lion Brand Baby’s First yarn, a bulky weight, cotton-blend yarn that I just loved working with!
Look at some of the completed pillows from the crochet class I taught recently at my local yarn store. Don’t they look great? The students did a great job. It was a lot of fun to see how different they could look just by changing up the yarn and buttons! I really enjoy seeing the feeling of accomplishment that a person has when they complete a project. A couple students went on to make more than one pillow. I’m so proud!
FYI – You can find my pattern for this pillow in the Winter 2012 issue of Crochet! Magazine.

I haven’t had much to say lately because I’ve just been so busy. But meet Jasper, the newest member of our family! We are fostering him while his mom receives some long-term medical care. Jasper makes the 6th, yes 6th, member of our feline family. And it has been interesting. It’s only been a couple of weeks, progress has been made, but there’s more to go.
In crochet news, I just finished teaching a crochet class at my LYS for my Harvest Home Pillow, which you can find in the Winter 2012 Issue of Crochet! Magazine. I hope to share some photos of my students’ finished projects soon.
In a few weeks, I’ll be teaching a class for my popular design to date – the Bellflower Infinity Scarf.
I have several projects in works, including some for Love of Crochet and Willow Yarns.
Others are completed and coming out later this year and early 2014 in Love of Crochet, Herrschners, Crochet 1-2-3, and Crochet World.
Busy, Busy, Busy!
